Brief Introduction of PF Series Impact Stone Crusher:

PF series impact crusher is our latest generation of impact crusher in absorbing domestic and international advanced technology, combining the specific industrial conditions of domestic stones industry. It adopts the latest manufacturing technology, the special structural design, processing cubic shaped end products. This machine is used for primary, secondary, fine crushing mining and rocks (for example, granite, limestone, concrete, etc) materials with feeding size less than 500mm and compressive strength less than 350MPa. It is widely used in crushing ores, railways, highways, energy, cement, chemical, building materials and other industries. The output size can be adjusted and the crushing rotor size is variable. 

The feeding size is between 100mm and 500mm. The largest feeding size can not exceed the maximum rating. The discharged size users can satisfy their need by adjusting the hammer head and back board and the gap of all parts proportionally.

Operating Principles of Impact Stone Crusher:

This crusher is a kind of crushing equipment, using impact energy to crush materials. When materials get into the area where the board hammer plays a part, under the impact functin of board hammer at a high speed, the crushed ones are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. And then they are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the board hammer plays a part, and are impacted again. The materials from large to small get into the impact cavity for being crushed repeatedly. The process is going on until the materials are crushed to the required sizes and then discharged from down part to the machine.
