Introduction of Rotary Drier:
Dryer is also called rotary drier. It is widely used in the field of building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement and so on. It can dry slag, coal powder, mining powder, clay, sand, limestone and so on. It consists of gyre part, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device etc. The dryer has advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption and convenient for transportation.
Application:
The dryer consists of cylinder riding wheel device, feeding and outing device, driving device, gear cover and some parts. (Here are some additional device while not belong to the machine, for example, burning room, feeding and outing equipment, collecting dust device and so on). The dryer is mainly used for drying all the materials in mineral classification, building materials, metallurgy, chemical and etc. The machine is simple, reliable and easy to operate, therefore it is widely used.
Working Principles of Rotary Drier:
The heat source comes from the burning device, this machine adopts cocurrent heating way. Therefore, the needed drying materials get into the cylinder from the feeding box, that is to say, the helical is pushed backward. Because the dryer is sideling, the materials flows to the back under the effect of gravity and revolution on one hand, on the other hand the materials is forced to up and down repeatedly which makes the materials become the average curtain, therefore the hot airflow can exchange with the materials in the cylinder. Gradually the materials are dried and the drying purpose is reached.
