The stone production line is composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and computer controlling board; Its design output veries from 50 tons to 500tons per hour. In order to meet the needs of different clients, cone crusher and dust collecting equipment can be added to the prodution line. It can be used in industry like hydroelectricity, building materials, express way, city construction to operate the aggregate of hard limestone, granite, pebble, slag of metallurgy and man-made sand. We can combine different model of machines in the production line according to different technical process.
Big block of stone is evenly conveyed to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder via silo for primary crushing. After primary crushing, the stone is sent to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. Then the stone is tronsported to vibrating sieve for screening, thus the stone can be classified into several groups depending on the size. The stone with a necessary size will be sent by belt conveyor to the palce where finished product is piled; otherwise, the stone will be conveyed by belt conveyor to the impact crusher for another crushing, thus a circular production process is formed.
This production line is highly automatic, except the turning on, turning off and daily maintenance of the equipments no other mannual operations are needed. It enjoys the advantages like: high efficiency, low cost, high throughput, high profit, evenly-sized and good-shaped finished product, meeting the national requirements of rapid need of raw materials.
